1. Final Sale Policy
All purchases of pre-owned luxury handbags, accessories, and items are strictly final sale. Once an order is processed and shipped, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges, nor do we issue refunds or store credits for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or fit.
2. Condition of Pre-Owned Items
Please note that our inventory consists entirely of pre-owned, vintage, and gently used luxury pieces. Items may exhibit signs of wear, including minor scuffs, patina, creasing, scratches, or interior marks. We provide highly detailed, high-resolution photographs and written descriptions of each item’s condition. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that condition is subjective and that you have thoroughly reviewed all descriptions and images provided. Minor variations between descriptions and personal assessments do not qualify an item for a refund.
3. Authenticity Guarantee & Refund Exception
We stand firmly behind the authenticity of our curated inventory. Every item undergoes a rigorous multi-point verification process prior to listing. In the highly unlikely event that an item purchased from our store is proven to be counterfeit, we will issue a 100% full refund, including shipping costs. To initiate an authenticity claim, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a formal, written certificate of inauthenticity from a verified, reputable third-party luxury authentication service. The item must be returned with all security tags attached and in the exact condition it was received. If this tag is removed, the authenticity guarantee refund is void.
